How do I know if I am a NAMCI member?
All NAMCI members should have the NAMCI logo on their health identification card.

What services and benefits are covered?
Please consult your health identification card for the appropriate number to verify benefits. NAMCI is the preferred provider network and not an insurance company or an administrator of your health benefits.

What if I can not locate a physician or a particular medical specialty?
You may call NAMCI at (800) 636-2624 to inquire about participating physicians.

Where can I locate a provider directory?
You should check with your employer's benefit office or your company's human resource department to receive a copy of the NAMCI provider directory. For an online provider search -click here.

Where do I call for pre-certification?
You should check your health identification card or your certificate of coverage for the appropriate precertification agency and phone number.

What Pharmacies participate with NAMCI?
NAMCI does not contract with pharmacies. Please check with your benefits manager to see which pharmacy plan you have.
